Virtual Extensions

Virtual Extensions are a plan-specific feature that allows you greater flexibility on your account without adding additional users

These Virtual Extensions can be dialed directly, or added to the Virtual Receptionist as menu options.

Note: Virtual Extensions do not have a voicemail box assigned to them by design. Calls that are not answered will be dropped after a 90s ring duration.
