Using Filters in the Agent Grid

  1. Hover over the top right corner of the Agent Grid.
  2. Click the filter icon to open filter options.
  3. Click on the Filters tab.
  4. Apply filters by:
  5. Click Save Changes.

Tip: If a warning triangle appears (indicating a 100-row limit), apply additional filters to narrow the results.
