To access your audio settings, click the Audio icon from the menu on the left-hand side of the Desktop Softphone.

Once inside the Audio settings, configure the following:

1. Speaker – Choose the device used for call audio output.

   Volume can be adjusted within the softphone.

2. Microphone – Select your preferred input device.

   Adjust the microphone volume for optimal clarity.

3. Ringing Speaker – Set the device that will play your incoming call alerts.
