In this document, you’ll learn how to send automated messages to a group, even a large group of contacts (Blasts) or individual contacts (Reminders). Both items are great for setting messages to send ahead of time, especially for marketing purposes, or to gently remind your customers of events.

Blasts

Blasts help you reach a large number of your contacts. This can be done either immediately or at a scheduled time in the future. This can be used for items like notifications of outages, special promotions, and updates on your product or server offerings. Creating a Blast

1. To get started, let’s click “Send New Blast” Keep in mind this doesn’t mean it will send immediately, which we’ll go over shortly
2. For Blasts you’ve already created, you can come back here to review what you have in your drafts, those that are scheduled to send, those in progress, and those that have been completed
