The Calls section lets you view your full call history, redial previous calls, and initiate new ones—all from a single location. This is your hub for managing recent interactions.

Calls

The Calls section allows you to view recent call activity, redial previous numbers, and place outbound calls using the dialpad.

You can access the Calls section from the left-hand menu by clicking the phone icon.

User Dialpad

The dialpad can be used to manually enter phone numbers and place outbound calls.


Its appearance depends on the size of the softphone window:

The dialpad is also available during an active call for entering extensions, access codes, or navigating IVR menus.

Call History Overview


Your call history includes the following categories:

Calls are time-stamped and labeled by type for quick reference.

Call icons may appear in different colors or styles depending on the call status (missed, completed, transferred, etc.)
