Softphone Menu

On the left-hand side of the Desktop Softphone interface, you’ll find the following menu options. To the top of this section, you'll also see three horizontal lines (often called a hamburger icon).

Clicking this will expand or collapse the menu panel for a more compact or detailed view, depending on your preference.

Calls

The Calls section allows you to view recent call activity, redial previous numbers, and place outbound calls using the dialpad.

You can access the Calls section from the left-hand menu by clicking the phone icon.

User Dialpad

The dialpad can be used to manually enter phone numbers and place outbound calls.

Its appearance depends on the size of the softphone window:

• When the window is wide enough, the dialpad appears automatically on the right-hand side of the screen.
• When the window is smaller, the dialpad is hidden to save space. A Dialpad icon will appear in the top-right corner—click it to open or close the dialpad as needed.

To place a new call:

• Open the Dialpad from the top of the Calls section
• Enter the phone number manually
• Click the Call button to place the call

The dialpad is also available during an active call for entering extensions, access codes, or navigating IVR menus.

Call History Overview

Your call history includes the following categories:

• Missed – Calls you did not answer
• Dialed – Outbound calls you initiated
• Received – Inbound calls you answered

Calls are time-stamped and labeled by type for quick reference.

Call icons may appear in different colors or styles depending on the call status (missed, completed, transferred, etc.)

Redial a Previous Call

You can redial any previous number directly from your call list:

• Hover over the call entry
• Click the phone icon on the right-hand side
• Select the Call icon to redial the number
