View call history, redial previous calls, use the dialpad, search contacts, and play back call recordings—all from one place.

In the Calls section, you can:

Calls

Use the Dialpad

• Open the Dialpad from the keypad icon on the right-hand side.
• Enter a phone number in the input box or press the keys to dial out.
• Click the Call button when ready.

Access Call History and Missed Calls

Navigate to the Call History or Missed Calls section.

Redial A Previous Call

• Hover over the call entry
• Click the ellipsis (three dots) on the right-hand side
• Select the Call to redial the number

Playback Recording

If call recording is enabled on your system, recorded calls will display a Play icon just before the call icon on the right side of the entry.

• Hover over a previous call, and then click the Play icon to launch your default browser and access the Call Session view for that call

Call Session View

In the Call Session view, you can:

• Play back any recordings associated with the call.
• View additional details about the call (e.g., duration, participants, and routing).
