Getting Started: Install the Desktop Softphone

Begin by downloading and installing the Desktop Softphone on your Windows device.

Desktop Softphone App Download

Start by accessing the download page to install the latest version of the app that’s compatible with your Windows system.


  1. Go to https://client.contactportal.app/
  2. Locate Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11 (64-bit) and click Install.

  1. Click the Get the App button.

  1. Download Connect.Desktop.appinstaller

  1. Check Launch when ready, then click Install.

  1. Click Enable to allow the app to run tasks at login.
