What Are Dispositions?

Dispositions are short, predefined labels—like Resolved, Voicemail, or Follow-Up Needed—that describe what happened during a call. They help your team stay organized and ensure that every call is accounted for in reports and follow-ups.

You can assign a disposition while on the call or after it ends.

Pending Dispositions

Follow these steps to assign a disposition to a call:

  1. Click on the Pending section to view calls that need a disposition.
  2. Select a call from the list.
  3. Choose the appropriate disposition result from the available options.

Once a call is dispositioned, it will automatically move to the Dispositioned list.

Dispositioned Calls

Follow these steps to update or correct a disposition:

  1. Click on the Dispositioned section to view calls that have already been dispositioned.
  2. Select the call you want to update.
  3. Choose a new disposition from the available options to correct the previous selection.
