What Are Dispositions?
Dispositions are short, predefined labels—like Resolved, Voicemail, or Follow-Up Needed—that describe what happened during a call. They help your team stay organized and ensure that every call is accounted for in reports and follow-ups.
You can assign a disposition while on the call or after it ends.
In-Call Dispositions
While on a call
- When applicable, a list of disposition options will automatically appear on your screen during the call.
- Simply select the option that best describes the result of the call before it ends.

Post-Call Dispositions
Pending Dispositions
Follow these steps to assign a disposition to a call:
- Click on the Pending section to view calls that need a disposition.
- Select a call from the list.
- Choose the appropriate disposition result from the available options.
Once a call is dispositioned, it will automatically move to the Dispositioned list.

Dispositioned Calls
Follow these steps to update or correct a disposition:
- Click on the Dispositioned section to view calls that have already been dispositioned.
- Select the call you want to update.
- Choose a new disposition from the available options to correct the previous selection.
