Drip campaigns are great for sending customers a series of messages at different intervals automatically once initiated. They can be used to remind customers of discount codes, educational events, and much more!

Setting Up a Drip Campaign

  1. To get started, click on Drip Campaigns from your menu on the left
  2. After creating a Drip Campaign, you can view and delete them here

  1. Create the name for the Drip Campaign. This only shows to you internally. Additionally, a drip campaign will automatically be interrupted if a customer responds unless you check the box to disable that trigger.
  2. Here is where you craft your messages. If you’d like to make them more personal, you can hover over “Merge Fields” above. Finally, uploading an attachment will convert the message from an MMS to an SMS message.
  3. This is where you set the interval of the messages once you click the icon (Shown later) to initiate the Drip Campaign. In this example, we’re sending the customer the offer 1 minute after the initiation, and they’ll be reminded of it one week and 3 weeks later, respectively.
