If enabled, your outgoing number can update automatically based on how or where you're calling—ideal for local presence or department-specific calls.
❗ Important: This feature only changes the phone number, not the Caller ID Name (CNAM), which is controlled by the recipient’s phone carrier.
In the sections below, you'll learn how to apply a feature code when dialing from the Dial Pad or the Search Bar. These codes allow you to control which outbound number is displayed based on your admin’s configured rules.
Open the Dial Pad.

Navigate to the Search Bar.
