Reset Your Password:

To reset your phone password, you'll need to do so through the phone portal. When you initiate a password reset on the phone, it will redirect you to the phone system's user interface to create a new password. Once completed, you can return to the phone and log in

1. Click on “I’ve forgotten my password” on the login page.

1. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

1. Check your email inbox for a message from [email protected], and click on the “Reset Password” button in the email.

You will be redirected to the 'Activate account' page.

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter your new password, and confirm it.
3. Click 'Activate account' to complete the reset process.
