Welcome to Your New Account!

Before you can log in to your phone or user portal, please activate your user account by following these simple steps. You should have received an email with the activation link—be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

1. Check Your Email

• Look for an email with the subject: "Welcome [Your Name] to your new user account".
• Email address: [email protected]

2. Activate Your User Account

Click the activation link in the email.

• Important: The link is valid for 24 hours.
• If it expires, contact your administrator to be re-invited.

3. Set Your Password

You will be directed to the User Portal after clicking the activation link.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure password.
• You’ll only need to use the portal to update your password.
