Understanding how your availability and login status affects call routing:
Use your profile to control how you appear to others and when you receive calls. Update your status message, manage logout settings, and review device access to stay visible when you need to—and offline when you don’t.
Set Presence Status and Custom Message
View Profile Details
Review your name, extension, and login email.
Update Status Message
Customize your visible message (like “Working Remote” or “In a Meeting”).
Control Phone Logout
Log out of devices or apps remotely to stop receiving calls.
Check Device Access
See which phones, apps, or browsers are connected to your profile.
You can manage how others see your availability by selecting a presence status and optionally adding a custom message.
From the dropdown menu, choose the status that best reflects your current availability:
