This guide covers how to access and manage voicemail across multiple platforms. It applies to both the Desktop Softphone (Windows Only) and the Web Phone, and includes instructions for checking voicemail from an external phone line using your company’s main number.

Navigate to the Voicemail tab in the left-hand menu of the app.
Once you click Yes, the system will launch the on-screen dialpad and initiate the voicemail connection.
You’ll hear the prompt:
“Please enter your password, and then press pound.”
Using the dialpad:
Tip: If you don’t know your PIN, contact your system administrator for assistance.
If you need to check a voicemail box that is not assigned to your user or device—such as a shared department line or team voicemail box—you can do so using the on-screen dialpad.
Dial Feature:
When prompted:
🔐 A PIN is required when accessing any voicemail box that is not tied to your user.
Your system administrator will provide this information if you are authorized to use the mailbox.
Once logged in, you can listen to new messages, review saved voicemails, or manage the mailbox as needed.
If you’re away from your desk, you can still check voicemail by calling your organization’s main phone number from any mobile or landline.
