Please note -
If this is a new device - Once you have created the device, click in to the device name, and choose ‘Advanced - Miscellaneous’.
Unlock the device, then unplug your phone, wait 2-5 minutes, and plug back in.
If this is a device used before - Factory reset your device before creating it on the system here.
